The mentioned sandwich, to the surprise of no one, is not healthy. It has 6g of saturated fat and 1500mg of sodium. That is 25% of limit for saturated fat and 2/3 limit of sodium. The sandwich is not terrible for total kcal at 520, but not great either.

This is why Chris is fat and in poor health though. His understanding of healthy eating is a bit twisted.
