Why would Chris expend that much effort when it's far easier for him to just do it in his panties?

I know Jessi's trying to have Chris all to herself... but why would anyone want to?

I propose a new theory. Jessica Quinn is a time traveler, sent back to assassinate Chris-chan in order to stop people from wasting time with the CWCki. However, while she was on her mission she slipped on some of the slime in front of Chris's house and hit her head on the bumper of Sonchu. Now all she can remember is that she was supposed to do something with Chris, but she can't recall exactly.

It makes more sense than her being genuine.
