It's not her pool. It's just that the parties she organises are so amazing that wealthy lesbians freely let her hold events at their mansions. The woman whose pool is visible in the top left photo actually said that she was willing to marry Francine and wait on her hand and foot, stopping only for occasional red-hot tribbing sessions. Francine turned her down, because she was unwilling to go with said homeowner's demands that she badly dye her hair green and gain a lot of weight.
 
Christine's female voice sounds like Mrs. Doubtfire to me. At least when Chris remembers to affect it.

Also, I asked this in another thread, but that facebook poster confused me. Who is the other "co-creator" of Sonichu? I have a hard time imagining Chris sharing credit.

Jeff is the co creator of Sonichu. Chris has no problem doing anything if he believes he'll get a large sum of money. Remember the trolling train? Chris probably still thinks Jeff will give him $120,000.
