In addition to the hormones as Tweaker said above, its been said and posted several other times in other Phil threads, but it bears repeating: you also need a lot of aftercare post-SRS. Keeping the newly formed vagina clean and dilated are essential for months (and in the case of dilating to keep it from closing too much) for the rest of your life.

PHIL WILL NEVER GET THIS SURGERY DONE. EVER. He is retarded and knows that he does not have a real shot at this and has not gone through any of the necessary steps. No one in their right fucking mind is ever going to let someone with no access to a shower have SRS. They won't even allow you to go home from simple day surgery without proper ability to care for the incisions much less something serious like this.

Well then, Phil won't get any letters because, as his 5 o'clock shadow attest to, he obviously hasn't been taking hormones. Based on my understanding, facial hair is usually one of the first things to go, and only takes a few months.

I do believe that castration would stop or inhibit the production of testosterone, but haven't heard of any doctors performing castration and it wouldn't be a surgery that would be approved by the FDA.

I have heard stories of people who have been castrated due to a fetish, and in most of those horrifying cases they generally perform them at home, or get a black market surgeon/pay someone to castrate them.

If there's a blood test involved, then Phil is SOL.

Blood tests are supposed to be routine, every 3-6 months, to track dosages and E and T levels; and every couple years for liver function. I imagine those files would be provided to a surgeon. Also, if he's been on HRT at a good dosage for anything as long as he claims it should be obvious. It isn't.

They're suppose to be, but often times they aren't and are only done if they come in for existing medical issues.

I went over a year and a half without having a blood test done, and I don't really think it's unusual.

Some trans women can't have full SRS for medical reasons (it's a pretty invasive things, and if one has something like Crohns it's no go). An orchie (aka castration) is much cheaper (tenfold) and requires tremendously less effort.

While he may be able to get the clinics to sign off on the letters just to get him to stop throwing a tantrum in their office and get him the fuck out of there (doubtful), when it finally comes down to having a surgeon amputate his love spuds he's going to be turned away, regardless of how many referral letters he has.

No professional surgeon is going to risk their career for Phil, especially when the Government is footing the bill (if there even are any surgeons who accept Medicare/Medicade to perform that kind of surgery). The risk of infection due to Phil's lifestyle is too great, and if he gets sick or dies due to the inevitable infection then there will be an investigation as to why a medical professional would willingly operate when the patient had absolutely zero post-operation aftercare in place and no support network to make sure the patient followed through with the post-op aftercare.

So either Phil is completely delusional about his chances of having his junk removed, or he's lying out his ass about it to save face.

He was making a big to-do about it on facebook a while back when he was saying it was a sure thing because the last referral he needed was going to be given by a woman of color (such as himself). Anyone else remember this?

He's not only a liar, he's incredibly stupid. So usually what he says is complete bullshit because he's lying, but when he isn't lying, he usually doesn't know what he's talking about. Sometimes, he is stupid and lying at the same time, and might accidentally say something true in these states.

I think that the reality is somewhere in the middle. Phil has no idea what losing his balls will mean in the long term, but doesn't really ever plan to go through with it in a meaningful way. He probably changed the date of this appointment to go do something, likely stuffing his face with cheese, or cancelled all together.

Then, there is also his tumblr as well as an assortment of YouTube videos further showcasing his insanity. In all seriousness I am trying to get us a better copy of his version of the Autism papers the Disability asment, the problem is unlike OPL would be rather for coming with stuff if you asked, in this case it's a little harder you have to make Fatboy think it's his idea and it's a idea he's had for a while, if you press on a issue to much he get's suspicious and shuts down.

In Phil's case it's because he's stuck at the mental age where that's how you learn things, it's also the perfect encapsulation of how he understands politics or anything in general. He learns the chants an slogans so he looks the part because he can't really grasp the feelings or reasons behind the idea.

Long story short Phil is only interested in his balls removed and not full bottom surgery. The full reasons are still unknown but he has said that it's easier to get your balls removed then full bottom surgery, it's much cheaper, and he claims he can "start riding a bike again" since he won't be sitting on them anymore.

The bike thing is a total lie since he could never ride one. The others are true but not in relation to him. This is for all purposes an elective surgery on a homeless vagabond who is mentally unsound and doesn't take his medicine.
