I've noticed it in elderly people whose cognitive function is declining, too. It's hard to know in Tommy's case whether his inappropriate behaviour is a decline, though.

I know I'm late, sorry for that, only able to skim lately, but The Tommy Tuscon Video Game is not to be missed. Like the Millenial Turkeys short films, this raises Tommy to the level of lol cow stardom. It's kind of flattering in a way, that so many skilled hours have gone into such top quality productions.

'Deep Rice' truly hits the spot. Am dead....
