Fuck yourself you whiny bitch.

What about Cannibal Holocaust tho?

Salo has such a weird sense of humor about it that I found it hard to be all that repulsed by it.

Also apparently everybody had fun making it according to reports, police got called on them at some point during the filming. Was mostly just everybody naked goofing off between takes and such. Just a bunch of hippies making an offensive art movie at the end of the day.

Please, Airplane makes everybody look bad. Gays, blacks, Jews, Asians, the mentally ill, moralizers, recovering addicts, Detroit.... Its an endless list.

History is problematic by nature

Its best we just wipe it out and start fresh right? I'm sure there is nothing in the past culture that's worth like, saving or anything. Let the based PoC's make the new history that we may humbly learn from their earthy wisdom.

“Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom”(1984)

Steven Spielberg and George Lucas are generally compassionate filmmakers, but this film went a little too far in trying to replicate the mood of 1930s action serials. Like those old movies, the “exotic” villains are portrayed as primitive and bloodthirsty foreigners, resulting in negative and stereotypical depictions of India and of Hindu customs.

HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!

"Foreigners"! The movie takes place IN INDIA. The only foreigners in that movie are the white people. The Thuggee Cult were the bad guys, the Hindu villagers the victims. It's like making a movie about murderous Satanists, and then claiming it makes Christians look bad. Holeee shit.

“Forrest Gump” was made by intelligent people, won six Oscars and is beloved by many. While the film is condescending to anyone with a disability, Vietnam vets and people with AIDS,

WTF? How in hell? And nobody in the film has AIDS. The filmmakers confirmed long ago that Jenny died from Hepatitis C.

:story::story::story::story:
I guess the author is assblasted that the story shows Jenny's death as a sad end of a life full of bad decisions. Because admitting that shitty living has consequences is victim blaming. :spudking:

Silence of the lambs.....

a movie about a cannibalistic serial killer who does everything from force a guy to eat his own brains to feed a guy his own leg as a last meal in various future films and series....and the 'warning label' it needs to have is it makes troons look bad?
And it's a character that isn't even trans. It is stated multiple times in both the novel and the film that he isn't.

"Billy is not a real transexual. But he thinks he is. He tries to be. He’s tried to be a lot of things, I expect."
-Hannibal Lecter, the gatekeeping truscum.

Exactly. It makes me wonder just how many of these people have actually seen the movie in question

No Zootopia? Glorification of the police force, and the arch-villain turns out to be the oppressed herbivore.

“True Lies” (1994)
James Cameron is a rare filmmaker: a brilliant storyteller and a true visionary. But even a genius can make a misstep. The film is entertaining and has some terrific set-pieces, but the Arab characters are religious fanatics or terrorists, or both
Oh the "reviewer" got to see this film: the Aryan hero calls the soldier of Allah "a fly on a pile of shit":

10 films you should track down and make copies of immediately before old DVDs and Blu-rays of them become rare

I bought a lot of very, very cheap used DVDs like five years ago, but it seems like the golden age of dirt cheap media is over? Perhaps because many people dumped their collection back then (some even straight in the trash). Yes, a lot of things are soon to be woke canceled and removed from Amazon (a site full of fake electronics and all kind of crap) and other places.
