"Main attraction" is CWC-ism for "the primary/majority component of something". Remember, Chris adopts terms that are used in a certain way and then applies them to similar but inappropriate situations, or extends the concept to ways that completely misunderstand the etymology of the word.

Narcissism and autism are the absolute most unbearable cross-section of behavioral problems. With autism alone at least a sympathetic person could feel obliged to humor the person on their quirks sometimes, knowing they can't help it and aren't doing it on purpose most likely. Add narcissism and it becomes unendurable, for someone to go on and on about stupid shit and be convinced in their own mind that the listener is privileged to be hearing about it.

While it's likely that his autistic brain really does enjoy some aspects of the prison, you can still tell he's very pissed about being in there (trying to get people to write to Biden to pardon him) and desperately wants to get back home to his toys (angrily demanding weens don't steal his stuff at the house). Once he realizes he's in there permanently the facade will crack.

The thing is that narcissism and autism go hand-in-hand frequently. Autism without narcissism means you are constantly reaching out to a world that you can never understand intuitively, and may never be able to understand at all if you can't on an intellectual level, causing much distress. Consequently otherwise-mild narcissism is amplified by autism because it's the easiest available coping mechanism.
