I don't think Barb was inbred. At least not any more than is normal in small communities (i.e. everyone is a distant cousin, the way it's been through most of human history until mechanized transport became a thing)

Even after cars, the small town where I grew up was still pretty isolated, as were many others in the wilderness of the region. There was only a dozen last names in the town and prom was... awkward to say the least.

No, Chris has family members on both sides that are autistic. Barb's side is full blown autism, while Bob's is Asperger's. You should see Chris' gross uncle.

This is interesting. By that point, Chris had already described that the weird way he masturbates takes him about fifteen minutes to eventually get off and tires him out. Don't forget how imporant it was to him to fulfill that particular bodily function like everyone else. He wanted to show the trolls, show the world that he wasn't a homosexual and that he too was capable.

This reads like fanfic and seems improbable. While I have no doubt that Chris embellished what happened, I figure at the very least he got a blow job. It's the simplest explanation -- prostitutes get slobs worse than Chris all the time.
