It doesn't seem to be an area where it would be worth buying for the land alone. There's plenty of land for sale around there which you can build on without incurring demolition and clean up costs.

According to Chris, there is nothing to do in Ruckersville. And based on the map, it's basically the boonies.

Don't want this one to spin out of control, as I'm sure there will be more updates in the near future. To keep that from happening I'm going to lock the thread again until further developments.
