I bet the Magical Man is still somewhere in that house, blocked and buried by piles of garbage, waiting to be rescued...

Brother, the Magical Man is a Hulkamaniac. He would have to be to survive inside that house, as Hulkamania is probably the only thing powerful enough to overcome the hoarded garbage in the Chandler house.

@Alec,
I am confuzzled

@Hulk Hogan,
If this Magical Man is alive,Hulkmania is the only logical explanation

There have rumors in the past that Magical Man was Alec Lensonn Beary, primarily due to him wearing the Aspie medallion.

Magical Man most likely is dead and rotting in Branchland Court. In that setting Hulkamania is no match for CWCamania. And Alec? His account belongs to his ghost, a la Haunted Majora's Mask (right before it went on hiatus, but that's another story for another day).

So, what do you think will be the next stage after the crap spills into the street? Assume that the health department still remains uninvolved.
GodBearJesus, why hasn't the health department gotten involved. Watching those Horders shows, sometimes it's the involvement of the Health Department that gets these people to get their ass in gear.

Because the Chandlers haven't yet caused enough of a blight to negatively impact their neighbors. Part of the freedoms of America mean that you are free to live in relative filth and squalor so long as you're not hurting anyone else.

An eagle sheds a single tear from the sheer beauty of it all.

Of course, I had to choose the video with the Hulkster in the thumbnail.

I'd imagine that place already smells and/or is bringing down the property values of the neighbors.
Have they not noticed or do they not give a shit?

I think they must be used to it by now.

Perhaps they live in a neighborhood populated entirely by compulsive hoarders.

Maybe Branchland Court is where banished hoarders live.

It was such a huge problem the city gave them their own land which may be a micro nation in which to hoard in peace until they die from the filthy conditions, being trapped in their house and not being able to get food or being crushed under a hoard.
After they all go extinct the city will plow over the remains of the homes and build the world's largest water park to increase tourism.

I wonder how bad the smell really is. How far away do you think you can smell it? Surely it can't be too far, or else someone would probably have complained... Are there any witness accounts?

Well, sounds plausible to me, so that must be it.
