I disagree. I think you're underestimating exactly how fucked Phil's life is. For starters:

• Gambling addiction

• Inability to learn
• No friends

This is all evidenced by the rant he had at the end of his drama stream where he complained about trolls until he was out of breath. Never seen him that salty over anything before.

He may not get his full comeuppance from this and pigroach his way out of some of these problems but Phil will not "win" anything. His life is too far destroyed, and he's too big of an idiot to make the right moves to fix it even if it wasn't.

I do hope I'm wrong, I really do, don't get me wrong. But I feel like he will simply move onward.

I'd buy a plane ticket and risk a trespassing violation if it was a guarantee that the bank/law enforcement showing up to evict him, leads to him sperging out about how it's a private road and they're not welcome. Yes. If he can pay off his debt in less than 5 years without selling anything he doesn't qualify. I don't think he can. I think he can if he sleeps things but that doesn't matter except for Chapter 7 which requires selling things.

To be honest we’re overdue for a whale dry spell, there was a time like a year ago where he wasn’t hitting marathon goals, let’s not forget just last years(not 2019, you nudniks know what I mean) Christmas streamed ended in a disaster because the money wasn’t rolling in. People were genuinely curious about what was going on, it was like all his deep pocketed fans were ignoring the call to arms.

That’s kinda what I’m hoping for during all this bankruptcy shenanigans, one or two months of underperforming after he gets put on a tight leash could really make our little piggy sweat.

The bait tips really just need to stop though. If they don’t I’m a million percent convinced it’s just his more drama hungry fans baiting him. But between whales just dropping 100 bucks at the start of a stream and gifting sub goals I’d be curious to see how nervous he gets during a dry spell. I remember Phil's shekels were gradually dropping through late 2018 to solidly under 8k/month. Then Emerald_7 happened, and we figured they'd really steadily drop after that... but they never did. Then the marriage scam... nope. Phil somehow made more in 2019 which was very surprising to me.

I learned to stop hoping. There's always going to be wheelchairs throwing quarters at Phil. It makes no sense, it just happens.

That said, keep in mind that this year he begged HARD multiple times. He had 2 "tax" fundraisers before he went off for his secret marriage, he got $1000 immediately after that from a person whose name slips my mind right now (not PlanetJeff). He had the $2000 Jasper begathon. Halloween begathon. Christmas and Thanksgiving begathons. He's gotten a little more money, but he only gets money from outright begging and shilling the hype train shit now. He does not have actual organic growth--just a few whales.

And, of course, regardless of how much he made....he's still filing for bankruptcy because he's THAT shit with money. And since he's clearly not learned a goddamned thing from it, he'll be back soon enough.
