It's gonna be a HILARIOUS read though, especially if they catch on to Phil's bullshit and start asking him about obvious contradictions.

Oh god that's going to be amazing when he tries to pull the "no you took me out of khantext, you're not paying attention and you don't know what the fuck you're talking about you fucking idiot". Or the "Huh? What? ackack I don't even know what you're talking about omg let's move on ahaha!" Phil's ass is going to get destroyed with no way out. Would love to see him try and pop off at someone. Or seeing his eyes darting everywhere while his body twitches and his chair shakes after every question. Can't manually lean in ban on a judge buddy.

He didn't and people need to stop with this if they haven't actually read the forms. He disclosed all of his income. He didn't hide $5K of income, he just lied and said he had $5K of expenses.
Wonder if he's trying to claim connecticondo mortgage in those expenses.
Would love to see his income tax returns.

But the Paypal account is nowhere to be found in his listing of accounts. Based on the idiocy contained within the bankruptcy filing itself (again, see Analysis thread), I think Phil filled it out himself after talking to the lawyer. But there's no way she actually read through it in detail, or stuff like saying he isn't a sole proprietor while also listing his business income and expenses wouldn't have gotten through.

This is piss poor even by the standards of competence of these flat fee bankruptcy lawyers, but you get what you pay for. In this case, absolute trash. The documents are bogus on their face, even if you know absolutely nothing about Phil.

Creditors/IRS care about getting their money, and Phil can't make more money if he's in jail.

Besides, jail isn't where Phil belongs. He's a meek, pathetic shut-in pussy. He's only a threat to himself.
not so sure about that. what do you think about a guy standing in front of a school or mental asylum waiting for gullible people to come out and scam them?
should someone like that be put in prison? or what should happen to a guy like that? just let him live and continue on with his scam?
because phil does the same. the only difference is mr. burnelli does it sitting on his fat ass on his crusty loveseat.

I've read the forms but it is confusing. Call me a braindead moron with ADHD but I've never had to look at a bankruptcy form before so idfk (tee hee) and Phil's such a bullshitter that it warrants questioning imo. And yeah he's shown in some of the boxes that he was making gravy train money so I'm hoping other people are just troll posting referring back to the times when DSP said he "has no money dood" or "it all went to taxes/bills I'm sooo poor" but now we're seeing he hasn't paid shit so where is 5k going each month if not to bills, charity or anything else. All he's paid is his "basic bills". So that means he's either spending it or hiding it since it never went for anything that he was begging for on daily, multiple streams.

Phil's ♿ paypigs will still be sending him money to his commissary account even in the Federal pen with absolutely no cahntent because they think they owe him money for all his YouTube videos still being available.
He needs that money, he really does, to buy Bubba cigarettes, Doritoes, and beef jerky. "You do not want to be butt-fucked, trust me!" :stress:

DSP's baby was born in July! Only explanation I can think of for his expenses going from 5k to 9k in one month and then back down to 5k

But that would mean that Kat actually had sex with Phil, unprotected at that. Phil must've paid a lot for that bareback creampie then cheaped out on the Plan B. I mean he'd have to leave the house, drive to the store, pay the $10 (which he doesn't have cause HE NEEDS THE MONEY) so let's stick to the Phil motto of: it is what it is, nothin I could do.

The truth is we currently have no idea exactly what the 'Expenses' are that he listed when filling out his 6 month history of business income and expenses which is where he got the $5,244 average monthly 'Business Expenses & Necessary Operating Costs' number that he is subtracting from his average monthly income, also from that 6 month history. Trying to figure out what these expenses are is purely speculation.

He certainly seems to have reported all his income, including all tips received through his PayPal.

Possibly he didn't list his PayPal account because he is trying to hide things (WWE Champions) he is paying for from his PayPal, and doesn't want the court to look at his PayPal payment history. This is my speculation, entirely a guess though.

Why would Phil need to show his Paypal account, especially since he likely empties it regularly? Apparently, he has shown his actual gross profits at ~$9k/month.

There's no logic to his exorbitant business expenses. There's nothing he could have possibly spent $9000 on in July. He's just desperately trying to save the WAkhando by weaseling his way into Chapter 7. It's obvious that many of the numbers posted were concocted to get him within Chapter 7, that I can't believe a judge wouldn't immediately throw this out. But, we'll see...

Just got done scanning over the documents. Makes me wonder when he did that fund raiser for 12k or 14k, that could have been for one of those Bank debt he owes. He might've labeled it taxes and blaming it on his CT tax attorney due to it sounding better then: "I fucked up guys, and I'm in debt to Bank of America/CITI Bank".

Just my theory now that there are some concrete numbers.

Looking at that huge list of credit cards, I wonder which one paid the balance of Panda's reemergency bill. Sure, her insurance picked up a portion, but when he was bitching about "how to pay... How to pay the bill!" you know that he was going to have to fork over for that.

I think you have the cause and effect reversed. I think he spends money on stupid gacha games because he's bankrupt, not the other way around.

Go to a casino at 1pm on a Wednesday and what do you see? Old people. You know why old people frequent casinos? Their lives are fucked and they don't have the normal endorphin releases like sex and exercise. Gambling and the bing bing wahoo stuff at casinos targets the same parts of the brain having an orgasm does. We know Phil doesn't fuck, and he doesn't work out, and he's probably anxious or depressed over his completely FUCKED financial state. It makes perfect sense that at the current stage in his life he would spend obscene amounts of money on what is essentially e-gambling minus the potential to win money.

Now this is all just speculation; monday morning quarterback, but people are willing to do absolutely insane stuff to get a fix when they're down.
Nah, gambling is always the root cause of financial woes but once they are in the hole they usually dig faster.

I do think you’re right that his gatcha habit increased as he got more stressed.

Phil has been playing gatcha games for a few years and it looks like he whaled out on several. But the weird part is degenerate gamblers can at least pretend if they keep going they will hit it big and solve all their problems. Phil can only hope to get a sweatier wrestling man. It’s bizarre. What Phil has done is the equivalent of putting hundreds of dollars in a slot machine every week in the hopes it will spit out a fancy Hulk Hogan or Macho Man JPEG instead of $100,000.

Given what we know Phil spent on WWF Champions he could easily paid his CT condo mortgage or some of the crazy balances on his CC. Phil just spent five years getting credit cards, maxing them out, paying the minimum, get a new credit card, Max out, pay minimum...rinse repeat. Plus also getting shitty peer to peer loans.

People that behave that way are either unemployed with no income trying to survive on credit or addicts (drugs, gambling, shopping),

Bankruptcy Court is going to recognize all the tale tell habits of addict spending, esp because Phil was getting a good income all this time. What’s interesting will be his attempt at trying to pretend micro transaction in his gatcha games are a necessary business expense. He’s never covered Mobile gatcha games on his streams but probably counts on nobody actually investigating that or the fact you can play these games without whaling out if you have any common sense or self control.

but if he gets thrown out of bankruptcy for blatant fraud, they'll get another whack at that.

Wouldn't going over all the numbers in the application with a fine comb be something that would be standard operating procedure that every single creditor would carefully do? And what are the chances that for example they would not pick up the shenanigans about the valuation of his condo?

I am certain that they will complain about this very soon but not sure what the consequences would be.

@AnOminous Is Midfirst bank obligated to halt its lawsuit if DSP doesn't inform them or CT court he has declared bankruptcy? If they legitimately don't know what happens if they continue onward? I've seen bankruptcy stays long after default judgements are awarded so I assume it'll be like that; at the point where they actually affect DSP he'll finally participate.

If those are corrected he doesn't qualify for Chapter 7. They'll also tell him to knock off the several grand a month for half naked WWE dudes.

It won't roll back the judgment at that point, just stop the proceedings, i.e. "stay" them at that stage. Is he dumb enough not to notify the trial court of the stay? Is his lawyer that incompetent? I guess we'll see. Also if you don't mention a debt in the bankruptcy it doesn't get discharged so if he is such a giant dumbfuck he thinks lying about currently being sued is going to help him, I have no idea what the result will be. Worst case, he goes through bankruptcy, can't do it again for 7 years, and still owes a giant deficiency judgment.

Late but holy shit i cant believe he's dumb enough to claim he has no electronics.

All a lawyer would need to do is google his youtube and watch a single video to know thats a lie and then hes fucked. He should have done inventory on everything you can see in the background of his videos and claimed those at the very least because the lawyers are pretty much guaranteed to prove he owns those

"It's not a business d00d! I don't have a business! But I need money to keep the business go
that and hes probably pissed he makes too much to qualify for any kind of assistance in paying for it.

"Dood, I'm constantly overdrawn, i never have any money, whaddaya mean i can't get help paying for my health insurace! all the money i have goes to my bills already!'

Well that and the 40k to WWE Champions

IIRC, during the bankruptcy reveal, he admitted that he used the E7 money to live off of. It wasn't used for taxes.
Wasn't there two Tax fund raisers ? Its been quite a while since I caught up on DSP or was the Tax saga really that long?

Edit: So I won't double post I wouldn't be surprised if there is an emergency stream tomorrow or coming up.
