How the fuck is the court/trustee not going to see he can raise like an extra $1-2k a month or see the increase in money for the month and not question it?

Also another thing that occurred to me is Phil's reported income numbers being so close the the Farms numbers is that people aren't doing charge-backs on these "Troll Tips". There is no longer any grey area, there are no "Troll Tips". If you are giving Phil money we know you are a DSP fan, that's it. The people who were saying, 'If people were doing charge-backs with the regularity that's being suggested much more evidence of this happening would have been posted here, just to laugh at him,' were correct. Almost no charge-backs are occurring.
Does he drink? I didn't take him for a drinker.

what possible new thing

Correct. This would happen more with debt settlement than bankruptcy but even then, there is a IRS form (I believe it is a 982) where you can request it not be treated as income. This only happens outside bankruptcy.
Not sure if it applies where Phil lives, but gifts from direct family totaling under 10k$ are tax exempt (at least that's the case where I live).Did Phil ever tell the government on his taxes or in the bankruptcy filing that in April 2019 his mom "gifted" him $4000 to help pay his federal taxes?
iirc Trump raised the upper limit to $30k last yearNot sure if it applies where Phil lives, but gifts from direct family totaling under 10k$ are tax exempt (at least that's the case where I live).
I believe LTG said something like "I don't care whether you love me or hate me, if you watch me/give me money, you're an LTG fan, plain and simple."Stream Labs makes it difficult for trolls to file chargebacks, both with their terms of service and the tools they offer streamers to prevent them.
They keep a log just like PayPal does, if you file one they can backlog all your other transactions and see if something was truly unauthorized.
The streamlabs terms of service also make it blatant that a content provider isn’t obligated to acknowledge your tip in any way whatsoever.
They’re partnered with basically every major payment provider.
You’re a moron if you tip anyone with the sole intent to troll and it just gets skipped.
They have a chargeback policy that makes you responsible for everything, but providing them with basic proof of it being just a troll will allow them to help you win with the credit card provider. PayPal also is aware of people doing this shit to streamers so it’s really dumb to try and pull the chargeback game with streamers these days.
Interesting. I can't imagine the hearing will go on for very long. The judge will probably just ask some questions to determine if/when to set the trial. If Phil plays this right, we may not get a longer, proper hearing where the judge reams Phil.
Not breaking news, but these are the people Phil will be filing bankruptcy with on 5 March at 10am. Poor people wondering why some randoms are live tweeting this.
Best part is, myself and others said thats exactly how he is treating thingsHe speaks during the pre-stream like his bankruptcy has already been granted.
Declaration of bankruptcy = Proof of bankruptcy. It's exactly like that Office clip.
We knew it was coming, but couldn't really fathom Phil being dumb enough to do it.Best part is, myself and others said thats exactly how he is treating things
I DECLARE IT
