I can agree with this, I'm usually the last to go into the whole caca-poopoo-peepee touching bullshit or whatever the phrase is around here but if there's one way to fuck this up is leaving an online trail that could possibly be used as leverage for some sort of police or judge action of making the hearings private.

Is there a chance Phil didn't declare that he owned a pet because Jasper belongs to Kat, despite them being married and their possessions legally belong to each other? Because reading the question and determining that ''he'' himself doesn't own the cat, therefore he doesn't own any pets but he does pay for food for said pet, makes perfect sense in that pahsative way. I don't see a lawyer possessing the exceptionalism to work things out this way, so I believe he philled this out himself, and merely attempted to put all the blame on her for the eye of the internet, but what does he intend to tell the judge? I bet that's what the new $1,250 is for, to file an amendment ahead of the court date.

Basically zero, they would have had to have been listed as a creditor on his court filing/would be repossessing shit the second he didn't pay.

My guesses as to the reason they're there. Either Midfirst Bank hired them to act as (potential) local representation, or perhaps the Trustee already look at Phil's shit and said "What the tapdancing fuck is this nonsense?"
