Had to think of an uncensored forum with reactive and ressourceful people, where it would stay here, and where feds are known to monitor, I can't do shit I don't even know where the guy is from, I don't know how to contact authorities from another country, and I want the world to see this in order to prevent such things happening in the future.
These mass killing becomes way too common now.

If this is happening in another country, the feds won't care. And the resourceful people here really aren't going to accomplish much in a time sensitive situation. If legit hopefully someone stops the faggot but we definitely aren't in a position to stop someone pulling this shit.
