Some people say rabbit-rabbit on the 1st of the month [and others say bunny-bunny] for good fortune. Mordechai Vanunu used to post on the 1st of every month on his Xitter account, to give a sign of life and let people know he was still not allowed to leave Israel. His account is still active, but ever since last summer, I've noticed that his account unfollowed mine around the same time he made the announcement that he wouldn't be posting until he gained freedom. I hope it's just a coincidence and not his account being seized because he's no longer alive. I get to think about this on the 1st of every month now.
