Just so you're aware, this "vtuber" is probably a fat and smelly pig irl or even a guy. If they weren't, they would be a normal YouTuber.
I doubt it's physically possible for a vtuber to look as bad as or worse than Ralph regardless. Corporate vtubers are closer to voice actors than your typical jpeg commentary youtuber.

Even if they did find a voice changer that was that good, it could easily be reverse engineered to get their real voice. Unless hololive somehow came up with proprietary software to make men sound exactly like women. If that's the case, they would probably make more money selling that fucking software than voice acting pretend anime girls for YouTube tips.
