I think Our Fat Fuck Leader probably won't have a "heart attack" until next year, it's too unstable for him to totally naturally die of completely unsuspicious natural causes at the moment. My money's on: the Queen, also, good call there, David Attenborough and random unexpected B list celebrity OD, lets say Matthew Perry.
