Phil talking about his parents' marital problems and speculating that they were cheating on each other.

Having his folks fly to Washington to visit him for Christmas. They have to stay in and pay for a hotel when he has extra rooms and owns an inflatable bed big enough for two. Saying his dad is lucky Phil let him borrow the BMW to get back and forth from the hotel. Saying getting to visit and drive the car was his parents' Christmas gift.

Flying his parents to Washington so they could paint Leanna's office, clean his garage, and do yard work.
