Hell he might of already gotten a confirmation about getting it back and is just milking the pity $$$. Even if he gets it back he most likely wont be spamming again.

My prediction on this whole thing: Phil will barely make it out of this situation, either thanks to his paypigs, because of his fucking incredible cockroach luck(That's gotten him out of so much shit), or both. So don't get too excited about Phil potentially getting the boot until it actually happens.

Rate me :optimistic: but I hope it sticks, if not for the lulz then for the sake of Google's servers. Having 50k less of "nothing I could do dood" vids can leave room for the more deserving gangstalking vids and fresh meme compilations that YouTube provides the denizens of the web.

Spam bots and robots have that problem. I am certainly happy google stops spam abuse of their system. It's incredible that phil makes so lazy content, uploaded in way that the system thinks he is a spam robot. But it's not far from the truth. This is well deserved. If he didn't cut up his content to abuse the system this wouldn't have happened.

It will probably be his cockroach luck, can't see the paypigs being a consistent enough source of income to replace his youtube gaming channel.
 
Is he putting up a show? I can't tell if he is a really bad actor or he really gets distracted by everything
