Wondering if maybe this is some form of data keeping YouTube does when they ghost someone. So in case they let him back in later he has his old stuff?

I guess it could be a bug, but it's weird it ONLY effects Phil. But, to be fair, he's notorious for breaking shit in games and otherwise.
