When you upload a YouTube video on your YouTube account it can be AUTOMATICALLY shared on Google Plus (the social network).

So if you "follow" DSP on Google Plus his Plus account would make a unique post for every video upload.

The "posts" are like tweets. So it'd be like if his Twitter account made 40 tweets a day with YouTube links.
