Well only Kat's name is on the Subaru insurance. Doesn't mean that Phil doesn't drive it, but more than likely it is just her car.

Seems more likely the car is actually Phil’s bought with his money and he just got Kat to put it in her name, possibly bc he thought this would prevent people from finding out about it and calling him a liar about being broke. I just can’t see a boring simpleton like Kat wanting to drive a WRX nor having a job good enough to afford it. Phil on the other hand seems like exactly the kind of dude that would use a car like that to compensate for his recent troubles, perhaps even seeing it as a step down as compared to the BMW as ridiculous as that is. Nothing against WRXs, I think they’re awesome actually, it just seems like it fits Phil and the bad decisions he makes more than Kat.Well only Kat's name is on the Subaru insurance. He did once say that her job is very close by their house, and she was easily able to transfer to that job. I'm telling you man, it's Fred Meyer. He lives down the block from one.Seems more likely the car is actually Phil’s bought with his money and he just got Kat to put it in her name, possibly bc he thought this would prevent people from finding out about it and calling him a liar about being broke. As for the Uber driver speculation; wasn’t there a moment a while back where Phil was streaming on a holiday and mentioned
Kat had to go in to work? Also, it seems a lot of Uber/Lyft drivers will drive for a few hours and then take a break before driving more later. Since Kat is usually gone from before Phil’s morning stream to the evening, it seems like if she was an Uber driver she might be coming home some times unexpectedly or to take a break, which we might not know about but doesn’t seem like happens too often based on his reactions. I’m also of the camp that thinks she works in some sort of retail/service establishment, possibly a waitress or cashier. Whatever she’s doing, I doubt she’s making brand new WRX money. That kind of frivolous spending has Burnell written all over it.
Of all cars, why a WRX? If they needed AWD that badly, what was wrong with an Impreza?
A Subarus very fitting for Phil, both are high maintenance and they blow headgaskets at the drop of a hat.
A vanilla Imprezza doesnt have the "wow" or "coolness" of a WRX, of course, now I'm asking why Phil needs two cars when he barely ever drives to begin with.
I'm willing to bet the car may have put him in "dire straights".This is a tough one. Car discovered right as DSP claims to be in dire straights. I don't know what to think.
I'm more inclined to this, seeing as Phil claims how his credit is and how bad he handles it. Probably thought it was hunkydory getting the vehicle with how cash was rolling in, and then got smacked with being kicked off curse and fucked with adsense.I'm willing to bet the car may have put him in "dire straights".
Because it's 2018, the current year. Wow. What a complete idiot. So stupid. That car is taken completely out of context.Phil claims the Subaru is outdated information. How can a 2017 car be outdated information?

I'm actually willing to give Phil the benefit of the doubt on this one. It is very possible that was her ex's car or a car she shared with a roommate or something. The problem is that we can't really trust anything Phil says. For this one, we'd really have to get it straight from the horses mouth. The earliest a 2017 WRX could have been purchased was Fall of 2016, that would have been about 9 months before Kat and Dave started dating(I'm pretty sure Dave's current claim is they started dating literally 1 month after Leanna left).
We know she's not close to her family so that was either her car and it got repossessed or something; it was her boyfriend's car(her YouTube uploads from that sad apartment start the beginning of Feb 2017) and she was on his insurance for a brand new next year model a few months before they split; or that's a new car under her name.
Just saying this could be a funny point to push Dave about because to actually answer it according to his current narrative he either has to tell us something about Kat's mom or sister owning it, or something about her ex-boyfriend.
Edit: Kat's 3rd Tweet from Sept. 7th, 2016 is ReTweeting DSP. She ReTweeted him several times through Dec 2016. It just doesn't read like she had a boyfriend during Fall of 2016 to me. She bought a PS VR at launch Fall 2016. Maybe she leased a WRX then too and defaulted on it(from February till the end of March she would randomly cancel streams for 'being sad' and because 'aloota stuff's going on that's hard to deal with'), could be where some of her debt comes from.
I did a check for mine and it showed a car I had never had at my new address. I think it pulls from a source that shows all cars you've owned, up to your last 4.I'm just confused why Kat's old car before moving in with Phil would have information listed for her current address and not former address. If it's old outdated info that's no longer relevant to Kat why the updated address details? I don't know how these insurance sites work but it's just odd to me that if the car information is outdated, the address isn't.
Technology can do some funny things. Until there is some concrete evidence i'll chalk this one up to Phil being horrible at speaking and a goofy website search. Isn't it enough that he's milking his fans to pay for one car Kat drives around, does there really need to be a second? He could rent a garage for a Jay Leno collection of cars and his fans would still empty their wallets when he says so.I did a check for mine and it showed a car I had never had at my new address. So why is tehre a subaru on dsp address? After doing some really good research, I can with 100% confidence conclude that Kat does not have a Subaru. The guy that lived at her old address has a Subaru WRX.
