No their compliance officer is just incompetent and exceptional. They are required by privacy law to try and secure the data but the same privacy law doesn't compel Null to take it down.

If the list included notes like "is a faget!" and "smells like fuzzy dice", then they would have a case. Anyone and everyone is free to post this information however they want. My favorite part is when they bring up how this violates their Terms of Service, as if anyone cares about their piddly-dink little TSA that does not in anyway apply to us.
