I know he's campaigning but he's not actually going to win so... is he really spending the money on that? I assume as a hopeless candidate his spending is only minimally monitored/regulated.

the money raised so far has been spent on vacations for him and Frank, expensive Apple toys, Potbelly and Uber. For a while it also bought an office they never used too. A very small amount has actually been spent on things needed to run a campaign or within MA-08 itself.
