I can start the count with two evidences of footfaggotry in high places.
1. The obvious answer, Dan Schneider.

After the success of Kenan and Kel and All That, he'd mostly emulate those two formulas with scant to no changes since 1999.
He'd also be relegated to having Viacom's Nickelodeon as his only client for his productions after a stint trying to make something for UPN (Guys Like Us) then making a show for The WB (What I Like About You), the latter ran for four years while the former lasted a year in the air (UPN was still having an identity crisis at that time the former went to air whilst The WB had found their niche by the time What I Like About You started running in 2002.).
It would be "online rumours" and disagreements over allotted studio space at Nickelodeon, and a disagreement surrounding Nickelodeon's ending to Game Shakers alongside changes in executives (possibly a byproduct of ViacomCBS' formation) that would make him leave.
