So technically if you removed this image would the complaint go away?

(I know you wouldn’t but just as a hypothetical)
Removed and reported compliance, yes.
It would make for a wonderfully passive aggressive bit of compliance if Null replaced the image with a Stalin-faced Santa saying "Ho-Ho-Holodomor" with starving Kulaks in the background and sent it back to show that the banned content had now been "fixed."
They likely wouldn't give a shit. They aren't passing any sort of judgment on the website, and the check will be done by either a script or a "human intelligence" normie assessor (like Amazon MTurk except salaried - my tax roubles at work!), whose job is to click yes or no buttons in a Django app. They have a html copy of the page at crawltime and a screenshot of a portion of it with the listed content highlighted, saved by a human assessor. Hypothetically, if Null reports compliance, another human assessor's job would be to look at the page again and see if the highlighted content is still present. At least that's how things work in the Naughty Words in the News department.

This might explain it:

The Russian Chief Rabbi reportedly told a group of Israeli Jews who are close to Rabbi Dov Kook, a kabbalist residing in the Israeli city of Tiberias, that the origins of the weak spot lie in Putin’s youth when he was living with his parents in a modest apartment complex in the city of St. Petersburg.

The group of Jews then decided to publish in their own Shabbat sheet what they heard from Lazar.

This Shabbat sheet, Dwash Shabbat, reported last Friday that Putin’s parents were so poor that they often hadn’t enough money to buy food and clothes for their kid.

The sheet also reported that a Jewish couple that was living next door to the Putins took care of the young Vladimir.

This is something that was earlier reported by the Jewish Telegraph Agency, but Dwash Shabbat now revealed more details.

The Jewish couple was the only one that took care of the young Putin despite the presence of other Russian families in the building who were aware of the problematic situation in the family of the future Russian leader.

Every time the Jewish neighbors noticed that the young Putin was home alone without food they prepared him a decent meal and also invited him to their Shabbat table and for the Jewish holidays.

This exposed the young Putin to Jewish rituals and prayers since the couple was religious, and explains why the Russian President likes to visit Jewish communities and synagogues in Russia.

The Jewish couple even bought clothes for the boy and made sure he wouldn’t be without basic supplies.

Also, Vlad's maternal grandmother was killed by the Nazis during WWII.

EDIT: Also LOL, Trump's Chosen neighbours, Trump's Chosen couple, etc.

Honestly if the soulless, dead-eyed bureaucrat, like me, is sent something showing evidence of compliance, it'd be marked in an xl sheet as concluded, closed, or whichever. Boris might even smile for a moment.

For maximum offence, better to replace the images in question with those of Russian Liberation Army troops making ready to rescue Russia from the foreign powers that held her under occupation.
Dude. Dude. It's 2020.

No commie has been anywhere close to power in Russia for 30 years. But there is a sizable, influential faction of White Russian nobility larpers who love Nick the Cuck and Vlasov, hate Commies and Jews, and consider the Soviet Union a Yid ploy to lead purebred Russians away from God. The current head of Roskomnadzor is one of them. He probably has this pic on his bedroom wall with his face shopped in. The current Russian state flag is the Vlasov flag (and is banned by the same law as the swastika).

Yeah, posting butthole pics of a girl who recently killed herself is no problem according to Russia, but a literal hitler shitpost is enough to warrant a nation wide ban. 🤔🤔🤔

I don't get it. People are constantly posting stuff like this on Vkontakte (basically like Facebook but Russian and not totally worthless and gay).

How the hell did this catch the attention of Роскомнадзор?
