Yeah, I'm not personally familiar with how their policy is implemented in practice, but it might be worth someone with access to Twitter getting in touch by DM with everyone who was targeted. The thing that surprises me most is Twitter capitulated. All the media is gone, including from the archive.
It might be that the DMCA complaint details that Twitter sends out could provide us more information to track the shitbird down. If someone has received a takedown notice, they will have whatever that information is.
If I understand it correctly, because this fucking bitch never actually sent a DMCA to Null, just to Google for URLs on the kiwifarms.net domain, he doesn't have the details that he would have if he'd had a direct complaint. All of these users should have that information.
Additionally, if some people can be encouraged to challenge the more blatant false claims that Tsiropoulos has made, it seems marginally possible that Twitter might stop accepting his bullshit claims every time. I would think that people like the guy who zoomed in on a discarded used bandaid to comment on how disgusting Anisa is would have a pretty solid case there. An even better one if he's using fraudulent details to send them
He should be made to pay. The only risk to challenging his bogus DMCAs is that anyone who challenges the claims is supposed to provide their actual name, address, and phone number, and potentially that's something that people might not want to expose. Of course, there's a pretty simple solution to that problem.
