Wait a sec. Rafal was threatening to knife users in pretty violent and non-mincraft ways. He even made a thread called "should I kill my step dad?" and it still didn't get him banned. He basically got banned because he was getting annoying. So Canadians can make actual threats lol.
Feds don't really handle randomly threatening to cut somebody up over the internet the same way they count making a vaguely credible threat against a political group of people. Tens of thousands of death threats are made online everyday, which one the FBI decides to pursue versus RCMP is a matter of luck mostly.

I have a friend who had his best friend growing up get vanned because he threatened some guy he knew IRL over Runescape to give him rune armor or he'd kill him, then the kid on the other end called the police. Kid was like 13 or 14 at the time too. He had his laptop taken away and never returned.
What and when the feds fuck you over for is irrelevant, but they will fuck your ass.

Sig's post included a specific time, place, and target, the three things which define incitement to violence.

I should speak more clearly-- legally speaking, it isn't in any way a threat. AFAIK, it wasn't sent to McCain, and the narrative of the picture (an anime character firing his nine in McCain's head) is detached from the artist. From the start, there is no statement even resembling "hey, Johnny boy, this is what I'm gonna do to you!" in that picture-- and there's no depiction of the artist (unless this ADF fellow wore Sasuke Uchiha as a persona).

Also, the feds take many chances when they don't care, which is why-- for example-- Antifa types have largely been allowed to run amok, starting/participating turf wars while razing campuses and towns while spending the majority of this administration without being designated a domestic terrorist group despite the fact that they have tangible organizations.
Antifa as a whole isn't a cohesive organization but specific chapters of antifa are. The chapters of antifa that are more radical are very obviously being tracked closely by the FBI.

There's dozens of examples of the feds aggressively arresting antifa members on arrival to an area that is experiencing riots and all of them seem to be linked to a handful of Portland and Seattle groups, do you think that's a coincidence?

We need to know what Kiwis are feds and what Kiwis ain't.

Somebody's glowing and I want to know who shines the most. It might be someone you least expect...maybe even SIGSEGV himself is a fed who wanted to fuck over this site and try to get away with the edgiest posts possible until it really fucked Null over.
