What I would like to see if people really do think the ILJ subforum is overkill, is maybe just move Isabella threads and the posse threads specifically to the Chris subforum, as that's really how this all started with her specifically.

I couldn't direct reply to your post, but it's not a terrible idea. Chris-chan isn't likely to produce new content for a while outside of legal updates and such, so the Janke-o-sphere being moved into his subforum would provide some activity there.

I don't have a huge investment either way. If they keep the IBJ subforum I'll just continue to avoid it. If it goes then it goes.

But just for the record, I do still think we should KEEP the IBJ thread, as well as her parents and close orbiters/cronies.

Also, since I forgot to say so earlier, I also agree with everyone who thinks Null should juice Janke's lawyer for whatever information he has. I'd like to know what these 'mitigating circumstances' are, or if they have any evidence the thread isn't factual.
