One of the Kiwi lawyers in the legal isuses thread somewhere described how a lawyer will handle a client who is obviously guilty, by letting him testify and screw himself over. I wonder if something similar is going on here, "I was retained by this awful person, and I know I have no case, but please"

I dislike the ILJ part of the farms (I can’t explain why — it just feels like a giant gayop with everything being a little too perfectly evil). I’m halfway expecting some “sike!” moment like with Deaglenation (just not funny and makes everyone more angry than they already are). Despite my personal feelings, I’m opposed to deleting anything. None of this EU “right to be forgotten” crap.

Vote “KEEP!” on Rules of Nature, Prop ILJ.

In most cases I would say yeah, delete it and move on, they acknowledged shit and have grown, no reason to press it. I feel like a lot of people here would feel the same way.
In this particular case though I feel like that's exactly the type of sentiment she's trying to manipulate among us. To me it reeks more like a kid at the end of a tantrum trying another tactic than it does someone who has looked within themselves and realized they've done something wrong.
And at this point it's not even about Chris. Retard fucked himself over more than anyone, the fact that Bella gave him a match and told him how fun fire was to play with doesn't change his own level of culpability. The big fuckup she made that has me feeling like she needs to have this follow her is the repeated animal abuse and subsequent attempts to cover it up. I don't think she has learned or stopped being an evil person, she's just trying a different tact now that the ddos waves never had the desired effect

Anyone find it strange that this guy is offering to trade privileged info in exchange for deletion? Is that SOP? This does not smell right. I don’t give a flying fuck how polite he seems. Also he’s appealing to sympathy by implying there’s some ‘health issues’ that mitigate her behavior. Gross.
