What virtue does ILJ have that she asks for forgiveness? This letter attempts to downplay her actions as juvenile hijinx instead of acknowledging it as the sick sociopathic psychopathy behavior that it is. There isn't any context that makes what ILJ did acceptable human behavior. Even in Alcoholics Anonymous the 1st step is admitting that your actions hurt those around you, ILJ hasn't even done that yet.

What about the third option, which is, to accept and evaluate this 'medical information' and agree not to release it?
If the information does nothing to mitigate the disgusting behavior of this individual in the opinions of the site administrators, they can still deny the request to change or remove anything. However, they should not disclose the 'medical information' as agreed, because it is an agreement different from information stupidly published online which is fair game.
If admin decides that the medical information does provide mitigating circumstances (although I cannot imagine how) then they might consider changing the name to an alias or making some modifications.
It seems democratic to give them the benefit of considering the evidence they would like to offer. I think it's doubtful it will have the effect they are hoping to achieve with this and that Janke is wasting money on legal counsel and should change her name and move to another state and get off the internet, and learn the lesson of trying harder not to be a cunt next time.
