I was just looking up the lawyer, John B Lambert, and found a 2019 New York case against a John Lambert, middle name not shown, alleging wire fraud by a legal consulting company.

I couldn't find anything else substantial linking the two businesses, Headline Consulting and Lambert Worldwide, but I wonder if it's the same John Lambert, legal consultant from NYC?

On the other hand, she literally asked for this and did a number of things to further provoke everyone which I am sure she did not disclose to her legal team. If someone has a mental illness, you place them in a situation to hopefully get better, or at the very least one where they can't harm themselves and/or others. You don't put someone in college housing with other people and no supervision on their activities, online, person to person or whatever and let them act like an unbridled maniac with no repercussions. You're putting them and others at risk. I don't necessarily blame the school if they were unaware, (initially, not after the first allegations came out) but her parents sure the hell did.

And some people be legit saying that because of mental issues that means that she doesn't have a knowledge or at least some form of brain activity or whatever excuse. But let me say this as someone who has dealt with people who have mental illnesses.
