"Nothing ever happens" because it actually did and you wake up one day years later and realize "wait, something happened." Like when you realized you'd never be able to afford a house, live off a 40 hour workweek salary, comfortably raise a family like your parents, post on an uncensored internet, etc.

They're a pretty excellent vehicle to park your money in. I just scratch my head on where the free lunch is. It's probably based on the fact that you don't actually own the underlying stocks, and furthermore aren't even rendered proof that said stocks have ever been purchased.

how bad are the stocks dropping, i keep seeing around 10%, is biden gonna do any stimulus or cut rates to prop it up even if it leads to a worser inflation that rapes my already abused wallet

No because if you can think of doing something like that so can everyone else who thinks they've got a brilliant idea. If you don't know what you're doing you could wind up getting squeezed bad.

I'm sure someone will come in here bragging about how they've done it before and made tons of money doing it, much like you can find someone who made a lot of money playing slot machines at a casino by using their own special system. What you aren't seeing is all of the people who though they had it figured out and lost their money.
