2024 Spooky Avatar General - If you don't have one make one or you're gay

Reusing mine from last year. Taken from album art of a deathstep artist I like. Thought of using one of his other albums this year but I think this one fits better.

I replaced the elder sign on the book with the star of David to fit with my usual avatar theme, not that anyone can see it normally.

Yeah fair, in the same vein "white sheet with two eye holes cut into it ghost" could be just as cliché as well. Maybe put a spider on there instead or something similar if you're open to things that aren't just hats/helmet coverings
I've settled on a Helldivers 2 edit.

When you own black cats, every day can be spooky!

(Someone here had an avatar of a black cat in a Dracula costume, walking so confidently! My boys won't tolerate such tomfoolery, sadly.)

ETA: They are either connecting to the Mother Ship, or getting their orders from Lord Satan. Unclear.

I want to add in a frame at the end of my gif profile pic, anyone have suggestions of what software to load the gif into to add a frame or two?

Last year I went with a jack-o-lantern carved in the shape of an enemy alien from Space Invaders. This time, I wanted to stay in line with the retro gaming theme of my profile but with something more unique, so I grabbed a GIF from the classic Atari 2600 "horror" game Haunted House. I had to crop it a bit but I think it came out nicely. I like the way the ghost dances back and forth as he kills the player character.

If I knew how, I'd put the troon flag colors on the ghost to make "ACK! Haunted House" a funnier joke.

EDIT: For some reason, the site adds a small white visual artifact that isn't present in the source GIF. It's pissing me off

If anyone has an idea for how you can make mine spooky, I'll swap, but I'm stumped.
