2025-07-25 - OFCOM: "Ofcom engagement - Availability of KiwiFarms in UK"

Dear Ofcom,

I’m retarded, but what could they do other than block it on their end? I’m sure you’re not going to see the white cliffs of Dover anytime soon, and I can’t imagine the US government enforcing any judgements they make.
Their stance is that Null and the Farms, due to being visible from the UK, is subject to UK jurisdiction and thus obey them or face incredibly massive fines. It's the kind of madness you expect from Brazilian or Indian courts, not the UK.

As outlined previously, the purpose of the OSA is to protect UK-based users of internet services from exposure to illegal content and material that may be harmful to children.
I advise a simple three-point response:

1. "Lolcow LLC has no business presence in the UK and is not subject to the personal jurisdiction thereof under the laws of the United States. Sneed."
2. "As the purpose of the Online Safety Act is to protect your citizens from anti-imperial sentiments that might cause them to doubt the Crown's legitimacy, why don't YOU block US instead? Cope."
3. "Your king is a nonce and you gargle nigger balls. Dilate."

Then give them a landing page that instructs them on how to obtain a VPN in the EU/Norway/Switzerland.

IF I had to hazard a guess as to what OFCOM will do, using previous history as a basis;

If Null refuses to block UK users from accessing the site, or give into whatever censorship demands they want to keep it open, they'll demand British ISPs (mainly the big providers) to force-block KiwiFarms from being accessed, I remember they did the same with pirating sites (Which spawned like a million mirrors of ThePirateBay and such). The issue is with these measures is that VPNs exist, there are many ISPs they don't bother checking in with (I'm with a smaller subsidiary of a major ISP, I can access sites blocked by other ISPs, like the aforementioned PirateBay) and ultimately, TOR exists as well.

They're also trying to ban or block VPNs, appearently "Just the free ones" for "The safety of our nation" but it feels like... They caused the problem and just keep 'fixing' it with more bans. Our nation literally operates on outright banning ''problems'' rather than fixing them.

But surely these are not enforceable in the US. Any judge worth his salt would throw the case out if Ofcom tried to bring the fight to American soil.

Where Tim Avery,he would never allow this tyranny of tolerance.

I understand how it’s retarded, but being obstinate in this case seems like the easiest path. They can fine him for beaucoup bucks but it’s not like he has to pay if he has no connection or assets in the UK.

I’m floored by the arrogance of these letters.

I advise a simple three-point response:
I advise the response in the vastly precedential case of Arkell v. Pressdram.

We should like to know what Mr Arkell's attitude to damages would be were he to learn that the nature of our reply is: 'fuck off'.

Imagine being a former world-conquering vast empire like nothing before in the history of the world and descending into this pathetic bullshit, a failing island nation overrun by Paki rape gangs, where the police defend the rapists and arrest the victims.

And these fuckers, from a weak, failed country that can't do shit, and that we already UTTERLY KICKED THEIR ASSES once, think they can order Americans to do things.

These weak cunts, these faggots, these Paki-raped nigger morons, BURN IN HELL YOU FUCKS!
