Judging by that page, the fact that Feo Prest is in Romania and only has 512 IP addresses further suggests that it is a bulletproof hosting provider.
EDIT 1: I also put both of its IP ranges into the Spamhaus checker and both are flagged for "sending spam, snowshoe spamming, hijacked IP space, or associated with spam services (web, dns, etc) or bulletproof hosting". It is almost definitely a bulletproof host.
EDIT 2: Both of its IP ranges are hosting malware (https://www.malwareurl.com/listing.php?as=AS208137&active=off https://threatfox.abuse.ch/browse/tag/AS208137/), including the control panel for Oddysey Stealer, and its upstream is "Ferdinand Zink trading as Tube-Hosting" based in Germany, which seems to be the actual bulletproof host as their downstreams are all flagged by Spamhaus. This is serious shit, try getting Tube-Hosting's upstreams to drop them.

EDIT: The abuse reports for FEO PREST SRL are off the chart https://www.abuseipdb.com/check/62.60.131.158 also AbuseIPDB is showing the "company" as being from Kerkrade, Limburg Netherlands.

The ASN is tagged as 'personal', feoprest's upstream is Tube Hosting out of Germany (https://tube-hosting.com/home)

Its https://bthoster.com/ or https://zendc.net/, which I believe are both operated by the same person. Their Netherlands region is not "bulletproof", so I doubt they will tolerate them there for long, its mainly for scanning/brute.
Operator is Russian, but markets towards "western" market on forums such as Hack Forums, which is where they found him, most likely.

Datacenter used in the Netherlands is https://skylink-data-center.nl/ in Eygelshoven, resold from Tube Hosting. Tube itself is quite responsive, and escalating to them would work.

With the escalating nature of Hoffman's attempts at damaging the forum, I find it unlikely that the above FF post from him would be his sole interaction with people from the SF diaspora.

And interestingly enough, one week after Hoffman's FF post, you have Naught talking about how the SF splinters should all be "teaming up and going after KF", something said in the midst of Null publicly addressing Hoffman's attacks and vowing to see him thrown in prison.
