Myspace, Ask FM, Tumblr and Facebook still exist. In reality all we do is follow Phil's life and antagonize him behind his back, it's really rare anyone on here makes direct contact or threats to him (or anyone we follow). If anything we'd be on CNN for a day as "The most vile site since reddit" then we'd go back into the darkness as life goes on.

I don't think Phil ever will try to off himself intentionally.

However, there may come a time where he threatens (once again) to off himself because we don't acknowledge his crap about 7/4 this or latinx that, and then shortly after, all that "self-care" catches up to him and he either dies from a fat-related thing (diabetes, heart failure, etc) or a tattoo-related thing (like an infection), and some of us may think he actually did off himself.
