First of all, if you know the answer because you know what they have to do with god, please don´t spoil.
Second, the answer to what these mathematical questions have to do with god is not in any way spectacular or something spiritual. Its simply interesting.

Just try to answer the questions:

The Questions

1. A bat and a ball cost $1.10 in total. The bat costs $1.00 more than the ball. How much does the ball cost? ____cents

2. If it takes 5 machines 5 minutes to make 5 widgets, how long would it take 100 machines to make 100 widgets? _____minutes

3. In a lake, there is a patch of lily pads. Every day, the patch doubles in size. If it takes 48 days for the patch to cover the entire lake, how long would it take for the patch to cover half of the lake? _____days

If you cant wait, google the questions and you will probably be led to the original article.

Edit: I will post the answers tomorrow or a bit later.

Like I've seen people post this before, but I still don't get it
It’s some bullshit about “if you paid attention in school during math class, you’re an atheist.”
If you jump to the “obvious,” but not correct answer, you’re into Allah and will jihad all institutes of higher learning.

Probably more along the lines of "if you get the right answers why would you believe in god because it's ILLOGICAL REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE"

Thats true. Apparently the more logically you can think, the bigger is the chance you´re an atheist. Well, I thought the questions are kind of interesting if you leave the god part away. Honestly I did not get one answer right.

So I was right the answer is: :autism:

I'm just glad my first answer for was the ball being 10 cents. It means I'm safe from :autism:.

These questions are framed in a way that if you use heuristics you will fail them.
In order to socialize with human beings you need to use heuristics.
So yes, this study proves that atheism is in fact :autism:.

I think you actually do have autism, sorry to say.

I remember these from Kahnemann's .

I don't believe that. Your three questions are discussed at some length in Kahnemann's Thinking, Fast and Slow. The book makes it clear that how good you are at solving these kinds of math puzzles has pretty much nothing to do with how "logical" you "can think" in general.

Broadly speaking, intellectual rigor and analytical intelligence do not transfer well between areas of life. The world is full of humans who are brutally incisive and exacting thinkers in their chosen professions but utterly gullible dumfucks when politicizing on Twitter. How many people on either side do you know whose opinion on climate change is epistemically consistent with their opinion on fat acceptance?
