My theory is that Chris forgot to draw Rosechu a headband, didn't notice it until after scanning the picture, and had to come up with an excuse to make it look like he never made a mistake.

tl;dr: Atsimu.

I completely agree, but this *is* a very revealing look into CWC's psyche and how he differentiates RL women. CWC views women as a combination of hairstyles, clothes, colors, and accessories. And tits.

Note that he makes no mention of their faces, and their personality is not only an afterthought but is described in totally generic terms (i.e. sweet and honest and spunky).

We are all interchangeable NPC's in Chrissy's world...

I remember in an answer he gave to a question of what personalities his characters have, he mentioned 'spunky' as a description multiple times for many female characters... it's like they're all the 'spunky ones'. They really don't have any individual personality.

now i'm curious, i think i'll run the plinket-character test on them
i can actually describe and differentiate the male sonichu characters without describing how they look or what they were
but all the rosechus, i can't do that. they all seem the same to me, they like to schlik, shop, and fawn over boyfriends, and obsess with stripping nude

You know you're screwed when you have to list off why your character is not a rip-off, and the reasons stem down to "The hair is slightly different," or "One wears a head band all the time while my character wears one SOMETIMES."
As much of a rip off Sonichu is, he at least tried to combine the two characters. Rosechu is Amy Rose with a... whatever the hell it is sticking out of her ass.

"-And, Fun! Rosechu's breasts are bigger than Amy's."

... If I didn't know who we were dealing with, I'd say this recolor hack was a scumbag. But after seven years, I'm not surprised. Seriously, isn't Amy like 12?

Well, there's no concrete proof that Amy doesn't have quills on her back since she always has her dress on. Rosechu on the other hand...

That's a really good point
Thinking about it, most of my "favorite" female Sonichu characters are other people's characters anyway. Simonla is probably the closest thing to a strong, independent womyn and she was based on someone else's male character.
 
Wait, individual strands of hair are a "normal hairstyle?" Christ, I guess that is pretty normal if you don't use product of any sort.
 
Does Chris even remember half of the Sonichu "canon"? I mean, he can barely remember last year. I assume he just ret-cons everything in his head.
 
In all honesty I think Sonichu is more similar to Sonic than Rosechu is to Amy. Legit, the only three differences between Sonic and Sonichu are the ears, tails, and color palette. Sonichu has the red spots on his cheeks if you really want to push it.

Color is the only reason that Sonichu is differentiable from Sonic. Rosechu may have more differences, but Chris's art is so bad that they are never really apparent. Basic coloring is something that even Chris has trouble fucking up, hence why Sonichu is far more distinguishable from his counterpart.

(Also, I'm surprised that no one has mentioned that he traced some of his Rosechu Rule 34 from Amy Rose Rule 34.)
