Guess @Ravenor was right about Phil getting ready to migrate again. If I had to hazard a guess, I'd say Phil has finally burnt his bridges with whoever he was bumming off of when he wasn't sleeping under a bridge. Either that or his reputation finally caught up with him. Fortunately, he's already pretty well known in the tranny and liberal activist communities in Portland, so its unlikely he'll be able to find anyone naive enough to take him in there. That doesn't leave him many options, short of moving back in with mom and Dale, which would be terrible for everyone involved. Looks like the group home is coming closer and closer to being a reality. Heh, maybe he can get put in one with his brother. What a nice little family reunion that'd be...

I still find it funny that Phil proclaims himself to really be Hispanic, when Chris can actually speak better Spanish that he can. I mean we have never heard Phil speaking spanish at all, only see him type things in google translated Spanish. If he went to a real Hispanic and asked to be treated like one they would laugh at him.
