If you mean 8chan.moe, their registrar can be reached at abuse@101domain.com. If you can figure out where it's hosted (probably either Muttland or some SEA shithole), I recommend contacting local authorities
Edit: Apparently he means 8chan.se, which seems to be Swedish and hosted by "SpaceDump IT AB"

If need be the mods will do the job of the janitors until they can find replacements. There was a time when janitors didn't exist, after all, and the mods simply managed the report queue themselves. They pawned it off onto unpaid volunteers because they could.
 
The people saying its never coming back are retarded, it will 100% be coming back in some shape or form. Mook bought the site for 2 million 10 years ago, worst case scenario he dumps it and some faggot like Elon buys it. A fate worse than death sure, but it'll still exist in some capacity.

Just look at what happened with Kiwi Farms itself during the three weeks Null offline it due to Vordak's bullshit. It took no time at all for a replacement framework of a site to appear and the only reason it didn't catch on is Null restored the Farms after Vordak went too far and snatched defeat from the jaws of victory.

4chan, in comparison, is a site with an exponentially greater user base, and with it a collection of people with skill, talent, and rock solid funding to make 4chan 2: the 4chaning. And they will do it, if for literally no other reason than the knowledge 4chan being around is going to piss off a lot of self-righteous pieces of shit.
