If I can ask, are you (and any other 4chinners for that matter) new to forums in general? They were very common to hang out in back when I was younger, and you had forums for everything you could think of, but then came imageboards, reddit, and so on.

There are general vidya and anime threads, even quite a few generals. Everything is much slower though. It's a good place to effort post.

twitter is a good place to go if you wanna watch fights, tiktok is best for music and shit like edits, tumblr is having a resurgence in popularity right now if you're into fandom culture

Talk about a bad trip haha, the doctors faces were changing colors and again I was laughing while they were hooking me up to machines and rushing all around me. You've gotta learn to laugh at yourself.
Anyways good ol' acid is really fun and the visuals are alright if you can find that too.

I think it was too. For the same reasons you mentioned. The targeting was too precise to be random. Looked like it was targeting narcissism and schizotypal from what I saw.
Derealization, solipsism, and they were targeting organic anon culture with kek and gets by playing up 'synchronicities' and dropping threads on catalogues meant to be 'synchronicities' to the anons they were stalking. They were following anons around across boards and cultivating them manually. With the volume of shills it was difficult to find other real anons and compare notes on it, and when you do find anons that had experience with it a lot of of them were batshit schizo about it.

It was the same vague shit as q but built around millennial sensibilities. I'd compare it to null's now infamous rant about dubs vs subs in anime (i.e. subs are favored because they shield you from the cringe). The bizarre syntax you'd see in Nothing generals was an attempt to insulate your mind from realizing "wait, this is fucking cringe, what the fuck I'm doing?"

(That said, subs are still superior to dubs,.)

It never reached the same level because millennials are much more internet savvy than the qboomers were. But it did kill /x/. Once you have a schizoid type ego-invested in this shit it's really hard to wean them off it, because schizoids are contrarian by nature.

For me, yes absolutely I'm new to forums in general. And I think that applies to most of the other 4chan refugees. Outside of kiwi farms I've never interacted with forums; born to late and didn't have internet when I was young then when I got it I ended up using social media and image boards.

Twitter is just a few selected “influencers” posting shit and then a bunch of bots replying. I saw very little actual discussion. I heard that reddit still had a few based communities left. It’s a lie. They really don’t like the words nigger, tranny or retard over there. The internet has changed so much since I started using 4chan for everything. It’s sad.

That sounds fun. I wonder if "/m/ plays Gihren's Greed" will ever be a thing again? Though Copy X seemed to abandon his latest Gundam SEED story, but that might've had something to do with how he got metal poisoning. Whatever the case the /m/SV run with all the OCs, modded mechanics, and Liberator of Mankind Glemy is likely dead now. It's probably for the best though lots of anons were complaining about the OCs getting attention, and I think Copy X's writing was getting more racist and violent from the metal poisoning affecting his brain.

Yeah I haven't done that shit in a long time. Last thing I did other than bud was ecstasy a few weeks ago but I don't do much often anymore. I don't even drink alcohol anymore because I always end up getting in trouble when I drink, I'm a mean drunk so it just isn't worth it.

It was impressive how you guys from /m/ held their own on /b/ against the entirety of 4chan during the shitty April Fools event this year. For a while the PPH on the /m/ refugee general was comparable with the shitposting hive that was and is /dbs/, Got me back into watching Gundam (on 08th MS Team now).
