Was bored tonight and decided to open the /v/ catalog for the first time in maybe three years. Some of the top threads I saw were: A very thinly veiled political thread about the Covid Vaccine, a Pyschonaut's 2 thread lusting after the character in the game "Lili Zanott" who is canonically 10 years old and a "Name 5 reasons why you haven't bought PS5" thread with a big titty blonde anime girl with an American flag bikini in the OP that devolved into a BBC thread within 10 posts. I talk a ton of shit about reddit but 4chan really is just as bad.

I'll trade you for running into a thread about the Jas Marriage Mod for Stardew Valley, which appears to have a significant amount of effort put into it and is thus even more horrifying than it existing in the first place. This includes having up to 2 children with her as per a regular marriage candidate.

For reference - while her canon age is NOT established, Jas is very clearly under 18 and appears to be about ten years old.

Jeeves, be a good chap and please fetch me the economy sized bottle of brain bleach.

>troll, coom, and console wars threads
wow it's like /v/ never changed

What the fuck was the /b/ thread everyone was talking about from yesterday?? Is that a red herring or did some crazy shit go down like the pinned thread about the blacksite in Poland again.

So, whodunit? My money is on janniepocalypse insurrection. Tranny jannies or anti-tranny jannies given that /lgbt/ is gone.

Total /cgl/ victory.
The strange thing is, those are all the gay friendly boards on 4chan. Say what you want, but /co/ is hands down the gayest board on the site. I've seen zetaboards with less talk of which fictional character should fuck who in the ass.

/co/'s popularity changes with the seasons, and when all the seasons are in hiatus, all conversation defaults to shipping. You see the same thing on subreddits for finished shows. /co/ allegedly has a significant population of actual women for an active board, which contributes to all that.

/co/ makes /lgbt/ look like a bunch of Mormons.

"actual" "women"

Idk.
I was in /co/ for a long time and retired from that cursed place a bit before creating my account here.
They're always a bunch of weirdos. I saw how Loud House went into the trash (/b/ to be exact) in record time.
The only threads which are worth are the comics scanned ones. The others are just /a/ with the coomerism.

4chan died circa 2014 tbh. Rule and moderation changes around that time ruined notably both /cgl/ and /pol/ as well as other places and in general. And then as zoomers aged they infected the site with their degenerate zooming (see; trannies, Bella Janke type pickme women, femboy Nazis, etc.) People complain correctly about redditors but the bigger problem is zoomers. I haven't seriously used the site in years and the new CAPTCHA is definitely a deal breaker for me.

I still remember when I did art practice on the drawthreads there from 2020 or so, and there was this one twat spamming the threads with Jessica Cruz over other people's requests. He was so desperate that some guy covered a request on top of the spammer to draw her bald like a hank hill character, and did not relent his spam for at least a year after. I wonder if he eventually got what he wanted from whining every thread since I don't see his typcial post format any longer.

You didn't have every other thread on the board devolve into weird political shit flinging pre-2016. I think that's one of the worst aspects of new 4chan. It's inescapable on the major boards. It's not because I hate /pol/ or their views it's because it really just shits up the board with low quality trash posts and threads.

wow one whole thread
Its from a 2020 vice article in which supposedly a load of chatlogs of jannies leaked onto twitter and they managed to chat to a couple of current and ex jannies. Apparently its due to a jannie called "RapeApe" who ended up as chief janny under Moot and Hiromoot just let him carry on. He is also supposedly the guy who got the jannies to shutdown gamergate chat in 2014. Link: https://www.vice.com/en/article/m7a...d-turn-4chan-into-the-internets-racist-engine
So where's the proof that /pol/ is run by the far-right? All you got is a tranny janny talking to Vice and an article that's just endless whining about raycism, I mean if you don't like bad words you can always go to reddit.
And according to the article that janny actually supports free speech and hates censorship. They're also calling the apple shill that mods /g/ far-right. Everyone is far-right.

Generally /pol/ like /leftypol/ supports contrarianism. But a lot if is just shills.

Here's a /k/ thread jannies moved to /pol/: https://boards.4chan.org/pol/thread/410988731
They're pushing hard that everyone who is right-wing must be supporting Putin. Looks like /k/ is full of politics now, very organic.
