nah, clear net issues as the page is fine again.
Could be. Also a possible censorship test. We'll see tomorrow regardless.

4chan turned to shit over the years. Not sure if it because the jannies are trannies and don't do their job, or just because the people who frequent that website are just all mentally ill. v/ most of the time is an unreadable mess, unfortunately.

Do jannies have the ability to ban people on 4chan.
They were recruiting jannies on 4chan the other day and 4chan stated that jannies can only flag posts, but have priority, and moderators are the ones banning things.

Janitors flag posts & mods decide whether to ban, for what, how long. People have suspected it's been automated for a long time now.

jannies are more than often put there by mods, look at the quote to see the images i posted:
not since moot left, according to a 8chan thread it's been since the daughter of a influential dude tried to commit sudoku that was pinned on 4chan, it's fig5:

and then there's other images too that i remember to have saved once i stumbled by it.
the problem in this is that 4chan in a way is organic and these faggots aren't, they are forced and clearly not malleable enough so they have to take what they can get with their faggotry, they want to destroy the site but it's too big and too strong for them to actually do anything, if they piss a "important" 4chan user that can affect the site's revenue then they risk of being punted by hiroshimoot because he gives zero fucks about this.
so yeah, 4chan rules now are basically figure out the faggot type of certain moderators and their timezones so you can shitpost in peace once they go to sleep, never forget one of the biggest examples of cultural phenomenon that happened recently.

Every 30 replyish /k/ thread only has 2-3IPs, and there are threads where it's a single IP constantly replying and making up a thread. The entire board is dead, everyone I know from it doesn't browse anymore, and none of the current users seem to own a gun. Seems like it peaked in 2012

I guess some channers failed their english class and, as a result, have grown to despise writing structure. I kinda get why they feel that way about using the tab key, though. Unless you're the OP, you have almost no reason to use it when making a reply and it comes off as a little pompous.
It was just a surefire way to spot tourists and get them to either assimilate or leave, preferably the latter, back when 4chan still was worth half a damn to post on. It's ironic to see people shitting their pants about it in present day as 90% of the people posting are, in fact, active plebbitors.
Since we're talking about moderation and shitposting, do any of your favorite threads have unique shitposters that makes them different from most? Like in posting style, length of time shitposting or just plain craziness?
To this day i wish violent death on Magefag from the WoD/CofD generals on /tg/

I thought maybe they just lost the Google captcha service. Looks like it’s the site itself. It has been pretty wonky at times recently.

4chan’s been using its own proprietary captcha for the past 2-3 years. What probably happened was that there was just a normal outage and since it was late no one was up to fix it.
Edit: the site came back up as soon as I posted this.
