Mild Question, why do Anons on the boards seethe so fucking hard whenever the Farms are mentioned? I saw a thread on /tg/ that became a mess as soon kf was mentioned.

Short explanation: Incel-to-tranny pipeline. There are no more nerds from Gen Z onwards.

2016 4-chan: Let's do edgy sh*t and really upset the left - Honkler Meme etc.

2023 4-chan: Let's do f*ck all that's entertaining, poo our pants and prevent people from enjoying the site.
Can't believe newfags are looking to 2016 as an example of good 4chan. 2016 was a dead cat bounce from it's terminal decline from 2012 onwards, a one-off when anons remembered to do things for the lulz.

I stop trying to understanding how ISP range blocks work on fucking 4chan. I got 4 devices all connected to the same Hotspot from my ISP, one is giving me the "posting from this ISP range is blocked" message everytime, my second device gives me that message half the time and my other devices work fine with no issues.

Generally it's 41% of your devices that stop working.

My guess is it's a generic error message that is wrong and just gets spat back up when your access is denied, and that it's actually cookies or some persistent data (or even browser fingerprinting) that is retardedly blocking you sometimes and not others.

Remember it isn't actually even supposed to work, it's just supposed to be so annoying that gookmoot can make some shekels.

To be honest, I do wonder if soyjack.party is slowly turning into a much better version of 4chan.

Or maybe the old 4chan users are just migrating over there since they've been replaced with new users that are overusing the same stale memes in the /b/ and new boards that are just are stale versions of /v/ and /a/ mixed together.

What? It's new users that are moving to soyjak.party since they think it's just like that epic old /b/ they keep hearing about. Most old users just stopped using imageboards or moved to small niche ones since imageboards seem to suck during current year.

made me curious and by a surface glance just looks like shitposting central without much actual discussions, so basically modern 4chan.

If they talk about how much they hate KF and/or the userbase in general, they're troons or other undesirables that don't like the site shitting on their favorite troon or Internet famous father figure. If they talk about how we "ruined" a specific cow, they're alogs of that cow who are assmad that the site shits on them as much as the cow. If they talk about hating Null specifically, they're 8chan fags who sheepishly returned to 4chan and still have a hateboner for him and everything he does.

God damn, that's a long woman. The reason she feels safe to walk around is because she's a fucking amazon compared to the average Japanese man. Unfortunately, Japan does indeed have a problem with sexual assault and harassment, as well as a rather pronounced stalking issue. Japan doesn't talk about these things in the open because they want to maintain the image of order.

It's a nice country, but it gets old seeing people romanticize it. The reason people are so respectful and orderly is because when you have that high of a population density in your cities, collective cooperation is required to keep things from backing up and breaking down. You don't fill a subway train to the fucking brim without everyone agreeing to not go apeshit. Not making waves is a key component to maintaining civil order on a grand scale.

Cultural traditions and conformity are also big in Japanese society. So much so that you will be ostracised and shamed for it in a public degree should you choose not to partake. People see shit in anime and don't realize there's social implications for choosing against it. You don't go out for drinks with your boss after work because you want to spend more time with them, you do so because it's expected of you to maintain your workplace relationship.

When you take your vacation time at work, you're expected to approve it with the rest of your team ahead of time so that you don't give off the impression that you're selfishly dumping your workload on them. It's also a common custom to bring back small gifts from wherever you vacationed at for your coworkers as a token of appreciation for pulling your weight while you're gone. It's not neccesarily required, but you'll quickly be known as "that asshole" around the office if you don't. Shame culture has a pretty big place in Japanese society.

Work and study culture is a whole other can of worms. The stereotypes about Japanese people getting good grades and excelling at their positions isn't just a meme. Education isn't something they fuck around with in Japan. You have to excel academically due to the extremely selective nature of quality schools. There is no "No Child Left Behind" in Japan. The worse you perform, the harder you make life for yourself.

Someone on /vp/ decided to make a Twitter screenshot complaining about a shota/cub/zoophilia artist getting their Twitter accounts banned. As you can see in this screenshot here it was eventually deleted…

..but after checking the archived version of the thread (WARNING: LINK CONTAINS NSFW MATERIAL) it got really bad. Some people cited that it was his own damn fault, someone mouthing off about Elon Musk buying Twitter (I can‘t tell which side he’s on), and the thread eventually getting the boot after someone storytimed Two Babies One Fox to completion.

Oh christ, I occasionally visit /vp/ (it's absurdly easy to troll, just say anything nice about Gen 8 or anything critical of Gen 5) and saw that thread but decided it wasn't worth it. Seems I dodged a bullet.

Also, it seems like /toy/ has been absolutely overrun with particularly bizarre spam lately. Aside from the usual speds (the guy who shills nonstop for NECA, Subjectanon, this one Chinoid who I've also seen on /v/) we've now got someone spamming threads somehow referencing Retroblasting (who has his own thread in prospering grounds) and now someone constantly making threads about...metal pins in joints? I know it's /toy/ but it almost seems to be orchestrated; it's too regular to be normal autistic shitposting.
