That's one of the major reasons the site is done because it's obvious the reason jannies leave that shit up is either because they hate boards like /pol/ that are always buried in it or they're jerking off to it themselves and let's face it, the jannies and mods are now all Discord troons from reddit who hate everything about 4chan that was ever not bad, I won't say good because 4chan was never good, but it was never this bad.

The guy responsible for 4chans awful captchas is an Israeli known by the moniker of Tbell. He also made cuck simulator on steam or at least was heavily involved with the promotional spam of it on multiple image boards. He would also use bots to spam BBC daily. He looks like the actual big retarded guy from the goonies and sounded just as retarded, as Israeli accents barely sound human. He'd stream himself doing this on discord.

The guy that spams images of his small penis on a steam deck across the site is confirmed to not just be a janny but also to run a ban evading service. "eckposter" runs some weird gay fatfag grooming discord and allows others to rent residential proxies and the bot that enables the spamming for homosexual fat fetish as well as the blacked spam.

He's also the one that posts the ratings chart in AGDQ speedrun marathon threads. The other jannies refuse to comment on why he is still allowed to do what he does while retaining a janny position. it's also why Ruga was allowed to run rampant for so many years.

It is either Bethesda discord trannies or genuine Bethesda hired ones that want to advertise the show. It's rather easy to tell who is who: Simply ignore the topic and start talking about Fallout New Vegas. If the thread starts getting filled with people calling you a tranny and trying really hard to defend Fallout 3 or 4, then it's the discord trannies. I doubt marketers would care, any engagement is good engagement and if people consoom the brand that means the did they job.

From what I can tell basically all of 4chan is like this now. Every niche community on the board has 1 or 2 people who are literally verifiably insane that shit up the threads all day and jannies don't care because jannies only moderate their pet threads and leave the other 99% of the board to die. It's very sad.

A thread I frequent on /vg/ has had like 4-5 different people like this that come and go, and are also frequent visitors to other threads as well I find. They will nest in 2-3 different generals and shit them up with insane spam or blog posting and will freak out and start spamming the thread with gore or 3D porn of child characters if they aren't getting the attention they want. And jannies will wait hours to do anything about it, but the schizos will be back at it the next day.

I remember when jannies would hand out range bans like candy anytime anyone went against their word, now they just let the same faggots shit up the website day in day out. Sad.

I've seen jannies try to root out a resident schizo on /vg/ and give up after banning them about 500 times over the span of a year.
