the v offsets were probably made just to kill vidya discussion on v
that checks out it sounds retarded but so are all of the mods and GookMoot who i hope will commit seppuku to preserve whatever honor is left if he hasn't lost it all at the end of a Love rose meth pipe

Because they don't actually use it themselves and repeat things they read about it on here.
You're always gonna have stray jackasses looking to stir the pot, even on nice boards. If someone's a sensitive person, I could see it turning them off from places that don't typically have a lot of problems.

There's basically no way they can bring the site up in short-term without risking the same breach happening again because the website is a decade out of date and the source code has been leaked. They'd need to tear it down and start from scratch unless they find ways to bandage up the holes.
Wouldn't it be hilarious if they just pulled up an instance of stock vichan or something?
Hope I'm not giving them ideas - stay dead you fuck.

The anons being genuine in their passions are really what kept the website from being irredeemably reddit. The problem is the amount of baiting fags that shit up threads and the jannies that don't just allow them to continue doing so but even promote said behavior and participate in them. What the people truly want is for the current garbage moderation to fuck off and die and actually do what they're supposed to do instead of being egomaniac little fags selectively enforcing the rules when their feefees get hurt. Also permarange ban India, Israel, and SEA and don't neglect cybersecurity for 10+ years.
Completely agree on this. Spammers and baiters usually don't bother me though unless they're anti-White or troons.

I have noticed that effortposting is beginning to disappear, replaced by single-word posts and irrelevant babbling. Without swift intervention, this thread will soon become plagued like the Soyjak.party thread. The damage to it may be nearly irreversible.

Making a temporary thread for the 4chan refugees may be a good idea, since discussions are starting to rapidly derail into typical anon-sperging. It will give them a space to express themselves and share their experiences/thoughts without contaminating the thread with inapplicable nonsense.

However, this is just a simple thought from me. :)

Lmao no? People call each other niggers, trannies, spics and kikes all the time and never get a ban on /a/. The only board I've experienced getting a ban for slurs alone is /gif/. On /a/ you can easily call people retarded gorilla niggers just fine.
It really depends on your posting history. Moderators will base your punishment from your posting history

I genuinely can't fathom dedicating so much effort into cataloguing and archiving random internet retards that the archivists begin to look more retarded than the retards in question. If you must know, that's why we tend to think kiwis are retards.

That, and how you try to dress it up as a moral crusade rather than simply being honest that you're doing it for the lulz.
