what else is crazy, and i cant be the only one to have experienced this, but the BEST threads on 4chan were always the off topic threads on the blue boards. and it would be some other boards topic, like a /mu/ thread on /out/ or a /tv/ thread on /ck/ or some dump shit.
everytime, it would be the most hoppin, sincere thread with lots of fun and great info, and swiftly blow up to hundreds of posts...

i'd wait the 15 minutes, make one post, go to another tab for a couple of minutes and then when i went to post again i had to wait the entire 15 minutes again. it kept resetting after every post.
