I used work at an ICE prison and damn near every Indian was named (something)jeet. Literally every experience I had there validated every stereotype of them.

A couple of VHS and a few mags worth a one-off $50 payment over a lifetime? Yeah, sure, and? Apply that to any other industry. What other industry would not just survive but thrive on a once-off $50 payment per household over a lifetime? And that was pre-internet; now I don't know any household that's contributed to that industry. Look, I'm old enough to be born before and experience pre-internet also when most people were born into a family, so you'd have multiple siblings. The couple of VHS and fistful of mags were inherited, your older brothers got them off friends, and those items did the lot of you through puberty – except when it was my turn in puberty, it was pirate DVDs and then USBs - so realistically even less than every household contributing to the industry. Fast forward to the modern era, and not much has changed; other than it's online, there's a lot more of it, but still no one I know is paying for it. I've never met anyone who has either.

Honestly, I feel like you're clutching at straws now.

Even the mangadex mods caught him using the same IP to make multiple accounts.
